What areas do you serve?

We serve the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, McKinney, Garland, Richardson, and Denton. If you are not sure whether you are in our range, give us a call and we will tell you straight.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

Yes. We install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems for homes and for businesses. From a single family AC replacement to rooftop units on a commercial building, we cover it.

What does new technology mean for my system?

It means higher efficiency equipment, smart thermostats, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and modern air quality systems. We match the right technology to your space and your budget so you get real comfort and lower operating costs.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. Regular maintenance keeps your system efficient, reliable, and lasting longer. Ask us about seasonal tune ups and priority service so small issues get caught before they become breakdowns.

How do I get a quote?

Call (972) 573-6362, email info@greentechone.com, or send us a message through the contact form. Tell us what is going on with your system and we will get back to you with next steps.

How often should I service my AC in Texas?

Twice a year is ideal in North Texas: cooling in spring, heating in fall. The long, hard summer run-time here wears systems faster than milder climates.

What size AC unit do I need for my home?

It depends on more than square footage. Insulation, windows, ceiling height, and ductwork all factor in. A proper load calculation is the only honest way to size it.

Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?

If the system is under about ten years old and the repair is minor, repair. If it is past twelve to fifteen years, uses old R-22 refrigerant, or the repair nears a third of replacement cost, replacing usually wins.

Why is my house humid even with the AC running?

Often the AC is oversized and cools the air so fast it never runs long enough to pull moisture out. Sometimes it is a duct or airflow issue. Both are fixable.

Do you install heat pumps, and do they work in Texas?

Yes. Heat pumps suit a lot of North Texas homes because they cool efficiently in summer and handle our generally mild winters well, often on a single system.

How long does a new AC system last in North Texas?

Fifteen to twenty years is typical, but our long cooling season means high run-time, so maintenance decides whether you land at the top or bottom of that range.

Do you handle both residential and commercial HVAC?

Yes. We do homes and light commercial, including rooftop units, across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
